I'm a Warner Robins, Georgia, local, and I've seen many landlords, including my own father, face the challenges of being long-term landlords. Late rents, expensive repairs, neglected properties, and stressful phone calls ultimately wore down my enthusiasm for traditional real estate investing. The properties never seemed to become truly passive or profitable.

This led to the launch of Fresh Haven Retreats with a clear mission:

To help real estate investors make their properties as profitable and passive as possible by leveraging the short-term rental industry and to provide travelers with a local-like, luxury experience.

 

After launching my first short-term corporate housing unit on the East Coast, I quickly recognized the value I was providing, not only to landlords but also to my guests.

Our short-term guests include traveling businesspeople, out-of-state tourists, first responders, and healthcare workers.
